开店秘籍之抓紧买家的消费心理！
在拍拍摸爬滚打近快2个月了，生意平平，说不上成功说不上失败，成功是喜悦的，失败是痛苦的，然而失败也是有收获的。在网上开店商品的质量和服务的质量是必要的，然而卖家对买家的心理挖掘也同样是重要的。
我们首先了解一下买家的消费心理，有经验的营销者都会发现：消费者购买心理的发展通常需要经历以下阶段：抵制心理，怀疑心理，引起了好感或者是厌烦心理、引起购买欲心理以及最后的购买消费心理。

我们把买家的抵制，怀疑解决了那么我们就迈出了成功的一步，买家在购买宝贝的时候总是要经过大量的宝贝信息收集，对感兴趣的宝贝进行确认，然后进行利弊权衡在觉得一些东西适合自己后就进行购买。在购买的过程中他要对卖家的产品进行了解以及对价格上的优惠，以达到他心理上的需求和满足。

消费者关注商品后，其视觉享受会刺激他（她）对这一商品的兴趣，产生购买欲望后，消费者就一定会在心理去比较权衡（如价格、质量等），这是消费者表现出犹豫不决，经过一番权衡比较以后，消费者就会觉得“这东西不错，蛮适合自己的。”一旦下定决心，消费者往往会实施购买行为，这时你就变主动为被动了，极力的去介绍自己的宝贝吧，通过自己的介绍和一翻讨价还价之后，买家决定购买，购买后会有一种喜悦和自豪的感觉。

那么在网店里我们知道了买家的消费心理后我们该如何做抓住他们的心理，顺利的去把宝贝卖出呢？

买家在网上够物，看到漂亮的图片或者是优惠的活动，他都会关注的，如果你有优惠活动就让买家觉得觉得他的到实惠，让买家觉得他花的钱和买到的宝贝是对等的，让买家心理觉得————值。同时你把你的宝贝图片做的漂亮清晰一些同样能受到买家的肯定，觉得宝贝不错。

如果没在活动期间，买家来买衣服了

一：了解买家的购买意愿

因为是在网上购物，所以你在聊天时一定要摸清买家到底想要什么，他的期望值是什么，他期望的价格是多少，这些都是需要你通过聊天去了解。

首先，你要用最好的服务态度，最温和的语言，去和买家沟通，这样可以拉近彼此间的距离，

其次，在聊天的时候你要你也要对买家进行提问，以便能更好的了解买家的心理需要。当然说话时要注重语气。

最后，要把买家当亲人不要当敌人，买家是你的衣食父母啊，拉进彼此关系挖掘出买家的真实心理需求。

：消除买家对宝贝的怀疑！

通过彼此间的聊天，拉进了彼此间的关系，你可以推荐自己的宝贝给买家，充分介绍自己的产品，那么怎么能让自己的宝贝被顾客认可呢？学会换位思考，你买东西你也要对产品进行一段的怀疑态度啊

首先，你要有好的服务质量，即使买家不买你们也会成为朋友，这也是一种无形的宣传。

其次，你要有保证产品的质量，货真价实才能安心。你要做好宝贝的详细描述，或者及时把宝贝的详细信息发给买家，你要有一张清晰的宝贝图片以便能更好的进入买家的眼帘！

最后，你要对买家公平交易，让买家买到合适的宝贝，你赚到该赚的米米，保证你的服务承诺！

三：加强买家的购买意愿。

当买家对你的产品有了一定的了解你怎么能让买家下定决心去买你的产品呢。

首先，你要知道买家在看中宝贝时，一是宝贝的款式，然后是质量，最后当然是价格了。

我觉得，你在开网店是不要把价格定的太高，我一直奉行薄利多销的原则。

其次，如果你的价位够低了，买家还要砍价怎么办，你可以和他商量这解决，如果实在不能让了，是不是说出你的优惠活动，或者送给买家一些小礼物。加强彼此间的心灵沟通。

最后，在聊天的同时，你要说明你的售后服务，这样才能让买家放心！说明你是个诚信的卖家。

四：做好跟踪服务：

东西卖出去了，你要及时关心一下，这样买家也会相信你的为人，也许日后买家还会上门购买。售后服务做的好会产生良好的连锁反映额。
